Elrond by KyoukiSumeragi
Pattern can be bought from here:…

This pattern was created by CajunsDesign at my request.

I know, colors are off. That's the dangers of using a beading program to pick your colors because they don't always look like what they should. I also had to substitute some colors, not a lot but a few. I'm just not confident in substituting colors yet, despite 2 years of beading experience.

Despite this, I'm VERY proud of how this one came out. It looks beautiful to me and as I'm not selling this I don't care if it's still off, still looks like my favorite movie elf, Lord Elrond.
Sakura by KyoukiSumeragi
From a pattern I found online, I decreased the overall size (cause I didn't like the way it looked), I did this the same way I did my snowflake. Besides putting two flowers together I wanted separate I'm very proud with how this came out.
Welcome to the jungle by KyoukiSumeragi
Welcome to the jungle
Just finished a minute ago. Found the animal patterns on but they were cases for Ipods/Iphones so I pulled those into a bracelet and added my new favorite kind of background: vertical stripes! (Hey, it minimizes the amount I need of one color, is easy to do and keep track of and makes the foreground pop.
Hunger games by KyoukiSumeragi
Hunger games
Not a bracelet per se, it's a mini tapestry for my "boss" and family friend, Rina.
Ezio by KyoukiSumeragi
My Ezio bracelet I designed and made. First I did my favorite "bad guy" and now my favorite video game character. Up next once I can buy a few vials of beads: the Mentor.

My how time flies!

Well, it's been quite a while! Thank to Dukie for the subby and thusly, a new journal!

Well, I was hired at Bed, Bath and Beyond in January. I primarily run the customer service desk, then "hard side" (kitchen/furniture) and lastly "soft side" (bath room/bedroom). It's a challenge some days and rewarding others. But ah, that's life, isn't it? It's nothing I can't handle, bring it! What's nice is helping my customers, finding what they need, not just I dunno.

Other than that, I've been beading a lot lately if ya haven't noticed by my uploads :D Read a little bit here and there, try to write my stories and fail miserable T_T. Play video games when I wanna. Most recently it's been The Witcher, Devil May Cry (ninjatheory one), Skyrim, Oblivion, Dragon story, candy crush mania, jewelmania....oh, and Final Fantasy 7 on the PC :D :D :D

But that's about it. Haven't done any commissions in a LONG time because on a part time retail job you don't make consistent enough dollars and hours to afford such things.

OH! I almost forgot. At the end of July/beginning of August I sold my car. Yi-Xin now belongs to my brother-in-law, Jake. Instead of a maroon 1993 Subaru Legacy I now am the proud owner of a silver 2003 Subaru Baja. It's even got remote ignition! I named it Ashelia from Final Fantasy 12. Sure, she's a princess and can be a little high maintenance at times but once she gets on her feet, watch out, she's off and running!

Thanks for the fav! Feel free to suggest characters or sprites for me to peyote pattern :)

You're welcome! I actually did use your design for Navi in a bracelet, just gotta scan it into the computer to show you.

Now that you mention it, I'm trying to find a way to take some of my characters and make that into a bracelet I'm just having difficulty. Using a straight transfer isn't working with any degree of clarity.

I use peyote, rarely going beyond 27 columns...any ideas? Maybe just a blank male that I can change as needed? I dunno!

Here are the characters in question.……

That is an interesting idea. I would have never considered making 'blank' characters in the beading pattern. I'll have to do something like that when I get a little bit of time.

The hardest part has been trying to condense vibrant characters into sprites, something I can make in sizes I like, ya know?
